(home) Remedies For Mouth Ulcers? Tips? Information?
I suffer from mouth ulcers every few months. (I think I’m allergic to some artifical additives). Does anyone have any tips, cures, information about mouth ulcers? Home remedies would be great as I dont like using meds unless essential. I would rather get rid of the cause, but while i’m sorting that out i would appreciate help.

You need to tell your dentist, he should sort you out with a hospital appointment, they’ll take a blood test, and see if you ar lacking anything from your diet. If you are, then they will give you vitamin supplements.
If you don’t, (your just weird – like me) it may be passed on to you in your geans. I find that lack of sleep, stress, unhealthy food overloads can cause outbreaks.
Usually drinking a lot of milk soothes them for me, try to avoid junky foods when you have ulcers, they seem to make them worse.
