I suffer from them terribly. You need to tell your dentist, he should sort you out with a hospital appointment, they'll take a blood test, and see if you ar lacking anything from your diet. If you are, then they will give you vitamin supplements. If you don't, (your just weird - like me) it may be passed on to you in your geans. I find that lack of sleep, stress, unhealthy food overloads can cause outbreaks.
