My sister is asking for a book of home remedies for Christmas. Any recommendations?

The Doctor’s Book of Home Remedies by the Editor’s of Prevention Magazine; Herbs for Health and Healing by Kathi Keville, Folk Medicine by Dr. Jarvis (the Vinegar Doctor), Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Dr. James Balch.
I have the last 3 on my bookshelf. The first one seems to be the most popular thing on Amazon’s list but I’ve never looked at it.

I have a really good one. Its called “Prescription for Nutritional Healing” by Phyllis A. Balch, CNC
Go to half.com You can find this book new for a great price. That’s where I got it. You should maybe think of getting one for around your house. (just a thought)
