Home Remedies…continued Off Of Vaginal Itching.?

this is a follow up on my other question…about vaginal itching and home remedies…
everytime I go to the bathroom it stings a little. but that’s because I had been itching some.
but after I go.. I clean up with a hot wash cloth? Is that okay?
had sex the other day didn’t clean up until the morning.. clean up with soap and water.
boyfriend doesn’t have STD’s and I am starting my period soon.
also I DO NOT HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE! and no money to pay off any medical bills..so please don’t tell me to go to the doctor..
I just need a home remedy for tonight!
I can get some type of cream tomorrow maybe..

    worst thing you can do is you a wash cloth, you should be showering more. bacteria can form this way… after having sex you should shower as well. sometime the underwear you wear can cause this, you must wear cotton and not satin or nylon because it doesnt breathe. You may have thrush, so if possible eat plain yoghurt with a high acidophiles content. this caused from a high yeast content in your body and the acid from yoghurt can help..
