Try crushing Aspirin into a powder and mixing it with water to make a facial mask-like substance and apply it to your acne. Only use the hard kind, not the liquid gels or whatever that brand has. It has to be a powder. This is best to use regularly and I'm not sure how much it'll do in just one sitting, my brother is the one who actually does this and swears by it. I'd ask him more about it but he's at work at the moment.
I don't know if you have any coconut oil at your house but that's good for helping dry skin. It can also be used as a hair conditioner. Here's an article about it and some other uses coconut oil provides. http://www.care2.com/greenliving/6-healt…
It's a heck of a lot cheaper than all those specific beauty products and works wonders!
Hope this helped a bit!

The aspirin mask is a good one.
You can exfoliate with baking soda.
Make a face/hair mask with kitchen ingredients like:
egg
avocado
oatmeal
Olive oil
if you have vitamin e add that
make sure the mask is slightly acidic by adding fruit or vinegar.
Take a salt bath
Treat your hair with olive oil, vinegar, sugar.
wash and finish with a vinegar rinse for super shiny hair.
Sound like a fun day.
