What Are The Best Home Remedies For Joint Pains?

I diverted a falling coconut from a palm tree from hitting my head with the palm of my right hand. I just guided it away to avoid a head fracture. But then I’ve been feeling pain in my elbow and sensitivity in my arm. I’ve been told it was an overstretched tendon by the overflexing of the palm.
The other one is my left knee. I’m overweight and after several months of walking and losing 10 pounds I decided to start running sections of my 1 mile walk. Yesterday I started to feel pain on my left knee…Is this part of no pain no gain deal? Anyway any home remedy recommendation is good. Thanks.

Your diet and your weight are your biggest enemies at the moment. Look at your diet and see how much acid is in your diet. Cut out alcohol for a time too because that’s one big cause of joint pains. Fruit and veg are good but be careful of which ones to eat, for example tomato’s will only give you trouble. As for your knee, it sounds like you have aggravated an old injury by running. But go to the doctor anyway because the GP will advise you best. Sometimes running isn’t good for you especially if you are very heavy. You still need to exercise but try bicycle or swimming. Do not be embarrassed to give them a try as your health is more important than your pride.

Joint pain due to arthritis and other reasons can be reduced and cured by making small changes in the diet and lifestyle of the affected person. I found the information at http://aches.in/naturalcuresarthritis.ht… useful

Try two aspirin, and an ice-pack, or a heating-pad.
