    Hello,
Apple cider vinegar, has a tonic action that promotes blood circulation in the small capillaries that irrigate the skin. It is also antiseptic, preventing the proliferation of bacteria, viruses, or yeast that trigger infection.
It can dissolve excessive fatty deposits at the surface of the skin and reduce scaly or peeling conditions.
Lastly, vinegar regulates the pH of the skin. Vinegar is most effective when used with lavender, rosemary, rose, or elder flower.
Hope this brief information helps you out.

I like to use this recipe to moisturize my skin about once a week:
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup oatmeal
Mix it all together and let it cool for a few minutes because the oatmeal makes it really hot, then just keep rubbing some on your face & rinse with warm water. Oh yeah in seventeen it said to splash your face with cool/cold water about 10 times to close pores, and give your skin a nice healthy glow :)
You should also drink lots of water to hydrate your skin & eat fruits and vegetables. Stay away from fast food, soda, and foods that are greasy because they can cause breakouts.
    P.S

We are what we eat, so switch to a healthy diet of unprocessed fresh natural food, with lots of fruit veg and salads. Drink lots of water. Get enough sleep.
Don’t smoke, smoke destroys skin. Exfoliate dead cells. Cleanse tone, moisturise and check out some cream with natual ingredients in a health or natural remedy store.Avoid high chemicalised creams or processed foods.

You can use honey to moisturize and you can use blended strawberries as a astringent. The strawberries do turn you skin a little pink so dont do it before a big event!! Do the strawberries first then the honey . Warm the honey for just a few seconds!
