i have cystic acne too…im pretty sure there are no at home remidies that would actually work so you would probably have to go to the dermatologist. when i went she prescribed me differen, benzaclin and mesocyclone…the medicines she prescribed seems to be working but its been about 3 months and there are still “scars” left…but my acne was REALLY REALLY so it could be different for you…and DON’T use accutane it has such bad side affects like you even lose your hair or die
