    the problem is DRY scalp ..shapoo,condition it …blow dry…then oil your hair and do it lease twice a day oil sheen ….but then you would have to wrap your hair at night cuz of the oil of you hair would get in your pillow case and on your face…not itching has responsabilies…like the rest of life
