Do this twice a day after brushing your teeth and it will start to heal within a couple of days. This has ALWAYS worked for me. Salt water burns too much so this is a great alternative. You can also go to the store and get some Oragel (the kind you use for teething babies) and apply it directly to the sore for instant relief. Best of luck to you! I feel your pain!
