Jock itch doesn’t have anything to do with hair or moisture – True- they can make a problem worse, but they are not where it comes from or how to prevent it.
There are lots of over the counter antifungals out there. You can use those. If it is really bad, you’ll need to see your doctor to get a stronger perscription product.
As radical as this sounds it works: – the same with Althete’s Foot – both are basically the same fungus – after working out, and in the shower – pee on your feet. Pee on your crotch area – then rinse with soap. An enzyme in the urine kills the bacteria that grows into the fungus. Then just keep it cool and dry.

First thing to do is shave and remove all the hair. Then purchase an otc product such as Lotramin. And keep yourself dry down there!
The shaving is the answer. I live in a hot climate and unless I shave it all off I have terrible problems. When I am shaved the problem disappears!
    Good Luck

I read somewhere that natural yoghurt is supposed to work
Oh,,,,,,try washing more often!….and use baby products..not strong smelling stuff.

No home remedies that I know of. Why use that when there are OTC that work great. Lotrimin AF – and its gone. Hurry because it spreads and will make you miserable.
