Take a tea bag and run it under hot water, squeeze out the excess and put it on your face and let it sit. This has dried them out for me in the past.

Well firstly you should obviously clean your face twice a day. An old trick that actually works is use your own pee. I know it sounds discusting but it is proven to work. Its not really used bc… well its gross. I have never used it bc its gross but if you need a last resort… shhh i won’t tell anyone.

Id say go with a centerfil face wash, you can get it from most chemists, its better then any other face wash i have used, its gentle on the skin and reduces redness, its really helped with me.

I’ve read that the best thing you can do is a generic benzoil perozide cream from the drug store. Maybe put it on in a light layer before bed every night.

Calamine lotion has the same drying effect like toothpaste so you can apply it overnight and wash the next day. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
