Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. More details and home remedies available at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html if it is not working visit doctor

Yeah I used to get those once in awhile. Can come from a number of causes.
For getting rid of it quickly, gargle 3 times a day with salt water (about 1 tsp. in 8 oz.)
Keep your mouth moisturized by an Amino Acid you can get over the counter called Lysine. 1000 mg a day should do the trick, you don’t want a dry mouth when it’s trying to heal.
Drink Chammomile Tea (best remedy) is a natural “lubricating” tea that will help your mouth and throat when it’s sore.
G/L!

I used to get these in my mouth all the time and could not figure out for the life of me why I would get these ulcers or sores. I almost thought I had some terrible disease. I decided to start taking all kinds of remedies and nothing worked. My doctor recommended lots of rest and less stress. That didnt work! I decided to start taking a medical grade vitamin called Strovite. It turns out that I had some kind of mineral difficiency. I have not had one of these soars ever since. Hope this helps.

Let a doc see it if it last more than a few days. Try warm water with a little salt. Swish and spit. This should help temp. I do know though that using a product like oragel or anbesol will halt the healing process so steer clear of that quick fix. Eat a soft diet, don’t stop eating even though it hurts because your body needs the protien and nutrients to repair itself.

You can try hydrogen peroxide – works great with a lot of mouth sores. Also, any red wine – hold a mouthful over the affected area and spit out.

Take any laxative tablet. normally mouth ulcers indicates constipation. Next day your ulcer will reduce by at-least 60%.
