i hv ulcers on my complete tongue, throat nd lips.
i m unable to spk nd eat.
can sum one suggest me sum home remedy and wht to eat?

    gargle warm salted water every hour – it will sting but it will work.
    If you can’t eat, drink liquid meal – weight loss food replacement powder that you can mix with milk. It will be soothing as you swallow.

    how long have you had the HIV have you had rave than longer than six weeks if so you sure see a Dr but a home remedy is a cold compress or rubbing an ice cube over HIV help shrink blob vessels or try drink herbal tea

    See your dr asap. In the mean time get some numbing throat spray to help with the pain. When you see the dr ask him if valtrex would help. i used it before for mouth ulcers and it worked great–gone in two days. but i couldn’t talk a different dr into giving it to me when they came back months later
