If you are having black tarry stool. It could mean you are bleeding internally. Go see your doctor. The Doctor can also treat all that you mentioned with prescription drugs.
Once you have seen the Doctor and you know its all fine then you can treat a tendency to stomach problems with a juicer and cabbage juice with some carrot juice in it. You need to buy a juicer that breaks up the vegetable and gives out just the juice. Need to drink it daily. First you need to check with your doctor make sure you are not bleeding internally.
Ulcers are cause by a bacteria and are now treated with an antibiotic and maalox.

For peptic ulcer, the best natural remedy is the juice of the fresh cabbage. Tried and proved.

You really should make an appointment with a Gastroenterologist. They have tests to diagnose ulcers. I have had some bad ones in the past with similar symptoms as you have. Good luck dear;)

Peptic ulcer is not a complication of gall bladder surgery. Peptic ulcer is of two types 1)gastric and 2)duodenal ulcer..Hurry(stress)worry(tension)and curry(spicy foods)cause peptic ulcer.Gastric ulcer is associated with smoking and alcohol. It results in pain after food, vomiting and blood in stools. Duodenal ulcer causes pain while hungry relieved after food and blood in stools.Because pain is relieved after food those with duodenal ulcer gain weight as against those with gastric ulcer who lose weight as food increases pain. Remedy is medical and surgical, best provided by doctors.
