Does Anyone Know The Best Cure To Bad Breath?

I am experiencing dry mouth, and especially in the morning i feel i have this bad odour. Could anyone please advise which is the best product, cause i do have paredontial desease, and it is connected to that too, but i see many offers on the internet and have found “the bad breath book” that costs $29,90 and is based on natural remedies that you can use from your home, stating that these big companies sell xepensive and nonefficient products. I have researched the causes and somtimes going to the dentist is not enough!
So who do i believe , i cannot believe those testimonials out there, so i need some of your advise and personal experience please.

Bad breath is caused by bacteria and the sulfur produced when the bacteria breed, basically. Most common reason is not brushing your tongue well enough. People w/ perio disease have more bacteria than others. Rinsing w/ hydrogen peroxide at night after brushing and flossing will help cut out some of the extra bacteria left in pockets. Swish, spit, do not rinse or eat or drink for 30 minutes. It will bubble down into the bottom of those gingival pockets and kill what you miss with brushing and flossing. It will also help with your perio disease. If you take lots of medications this can cause dry mouth and increase bad breath because the saliva is not there to wash bacteria away. Trying over the counter try mouth remedies ( rinses, toothpastes, candies) or sucking on sugar free candies or chewing sugar free gum can help increase saliva.

It might help to get an evaluation by your dentist to find out what’s causing your dry mouth or periodontal disease. What you are going through sounds like something that will need more than home remedies to fix.

Sometimes it comes from within as from stomach. You could try brushing your tongue. Bacteria build up on the tongue and it can add to the bad breath. Try using a little peroxide and water on toothbrush and go all over tongue and even teeth. It can be good for gums when inflammed. Hope it works

You have to get a deep cleaning for a dental hygenist. Nothing on the market can take out all the harden plaque up at the gum line that is irritating your gums. Sorry, wish I had a better answer. Brushing, flossing and using mouthwash is great but nothing replaces having them take it off of places you cannot see, they have the special tool. My husband has gum disease and got them cleaned in 3 sessions. He was also prescribed a rinse only distributed through dental professionals. Then he goes back every 3 months for a cleaning. That’s because there is no cure for periodontal disease, only ways to control it or stop its progression. Which is why he goes more often. There’s really nothing on the market that can be as effective and them scraping it off. For dry mouth, I use Biotene. They have a mouthwash and toothpaste. I use the mouthwash and it really works. It is much more gentle for ppl w/dry mouth and no burn cuz it doesn’t contain alcohol. It helps to control my bad breath from dry mouth and my dentist recommended it. Also a tongue scraper works great. Good luck!

Your bad breath is usually becasue of what you eat. If you eat a great deal of onions or garlic or anything with a strong odor, it is more likely to remain in your breath. Also.. you need to buy a tongue scraper and get all the stuff off of your tongue. That is where most of the odor bacteria lie. Trust me…i have a tongue scraper and after eating something, i just use it and my breath smells as good as new.
