Echinacea (over the counter Immune System boosting herbal supplements!!!)
It was used by Native Americans… and is scientifically proven to keep you healthy/help you get better faster.
Other than that, all you can do is get plenty of REM sleep (which means no alcohol or energy drinks!) REM sleep is to your immune system as rebooting a computer after deleting a virus! Also, eat/drink plenty of Vitamin C! And water water water!
And for cryin out loud, keep washing your hands a lot so as not to spread.

once you get a cold its gonna have to run its course, but just stay hydrated – basically have water with you always – pick up a bottle of vitamin C and take 500mg every 4 hours, some hot soup, eat ultra healthy. should be all done in a few days. hope that helps

Two squeezed lemons into a glass, add 2 dessert spoons of honey,
top up the glass with boiling water, allow to cool a little.Sip and gargle
until it is finished.it will clear your throat where most nazel mucus runs into.and it will clear a cold up.Give it a try.

Make some chicken soup. Also make some tea and add some lime and you will feel better and a few days.
