There may an underlying problem as to why it's loose in the first place. You really should see a dentist soon. They will take x-rays and examine your teeth and will know exactly what is going on and how to treat it. For a home remedy, you could try to pull it out yourself, but I don't recommend this unless it is a baby tooth and it is very, very loose (hanging by a thread). I have had a baby tooth removed by the dentist, which was not loose. He had to use novocaine, and he really worked hard to get it out. He applied gauze for the bleeding and prescribed me vicodin for the pain. It's not something you want to do at home on your own.
