What’s The Best Way To Treat A Common Cold (home Remedies)?

Echinacea, vitamin C and E as well as plenty of fluids.
If you’re not running a fever, a good therapeutic massage would help as well, especially dealing with Lymph drainage. Aromatherapy can help as well!
Good Luck!

Drink a glass of warm water with 2-3 drops of lime juice. Do not eat anything for at least half an hour before & after taking it.
