    Apparently, eating less chocolate is good for your skin.
    Unfortunately I dont know many home remedies…
    but theres a cleansing gel you can get from Garnier that’s really good.
    Just wash make up off well.
    Your skin absorbs 70% of your makeup, and the rest is grease from the days work…
    so just make sure you keep your facial hygiene top notch and you’ll be fine.

    Sleep well and wash regularly! Plain old warm water with a gentle soap every morning and night works wonders. Also don’t plaster too much make-up on daily, foundation clogs your pores. Avoid lots of sugary foods (not natural sugars like in fruit but sugars like in cake and sweets).
    Oh and drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated =)

    eat lots of nuts. take vitamin supplements. buy a satin pillow case, it is better for the skin. Dont wash your face with soap, use something designed for the face. dont rub skin dry, pat it. drink a lot of water. moisturise

    some ideas:
    1 = drink lots of water
    2 = get the right amount of sleep each day
    3 = use a good face wash twice a day every day
    4 = cleanse ur skin
    5 = moisturise after cleansing so skin is not dry
    6 = apply less make up

    Call your local dermatologist. He/she will be able to help you find an answer to this.
