    go to http://www.free-beauty-tips.com its got a ton of natural remedies and tips for better skin. drink green tea once a day at least but you gotta do it without adding sugar, its not so good at first but you get used to it. try and drink mainly water and lost of it. get tons of sleep and exercise for blood flow for more of a glow. wash face only twice a day no more. moisturize. exfoliate 1-3 times a week. steam your face at least once a week!! that one is important. also do face masks like oatmeal and honey, or a baking soda mask (that one also exfoliates) avacodo and banana. just google this stuff there’s so much you can do for your skin just with stuff at home

    mix honey,3 drops of lemon or orange,1 banana mix together, and that will remove pimples black heads and leave your skin soft! do that once a week, hope it helps(:
