I’ve been experiencing itches on my scrotal sac for over 6 months and all prescriptions by doctors haven’t taken care of it. Is there any home remedy for this condition?

my sister in law swears by a vinegar bath. I use a baking soda paste. If that doesn’t help, go to the store and get calamine lotion.
Also how to stop the itch? I have tried Tinactin and Goldbond to no avail. The only thing I have found that stops the itch quickly is extremely hot water running straight from the shower or tub onto my feet. Have gotten blisters but sure soothes the itch.
